They were the parents of four children; Simon F., b. Oct 1877; John, b. Oct 187; Elmer D., b. Sep 1881; and Abigail Agnes, b. March 1889. Mary died Nov 1895, and James remarried to Minnie F. (????) about 1897 in IL. James and his 1st wife, Mary, were listed on DeWitt Co. IL 1880 census, Tunbridge Twp., James and his 2nd wife, Minnie, were also listed on the 1900 DeWitt Co., IL census. Searching for family information on the Dr. William Porter Anderson CRAIG family who lived at Farmer City, DeWitt Co. between 1862 and 1874. WPA was elected justice of the peace for the county in 1868. Two children were born there, Katherine Jean Craig 1864, Elizabeth Frances Craig 1868. One child, a young boy, may have died there. The family later removed to NV and WA.

I am trying to trace my paternal family's history. My great-grandfater Seymour Danison married Fannie Clifford on 9/23, 1880. We think they had three sons, Jim Danison (aka LeRoy C. Reed)born in Decatur, ILL - 5-14-1889, Howard Clifford, Robert Reed and one daughter Harriet Knight. We believe that Fannie and Seymour were born in Champaign or possibly Decatur. Fannie had two sisters - Nannie Wilkoff and Gertrude Simpson. Any information would be greatly appreciated.
